I want you to always feel as though you are the guide in the time we spend together. I am here to walk beside you. I will do this by providing insight, tools, as well as information, and most importantly, a listening ear.
My therapeutic approach is flexible based on each unique person, yet always grounded in research. My goal in session is for you to feel seen and heard. I want you to feel as though there is a clear direction moving forward and you know what to expect.

Education and background
I completed my bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Lethbridge and shortly after moved to Australia to explore, grow, and experience.
After returning from Australia, I immersed myself in the mental health field here in Calgary. I have worked with Calgary's most vulnerable populations at Wood's Homes, Hull Services, and The Mustard Seed. |
I realized during this time that I wanted to do more, learn more, and grow as a professional. I decided to then pursue my Master of Counselling.
I am passionate about how humans connect to heal, yet also harm. My focus as a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) is on the power of holding space for you, in a safe and nurturing environment, to experience all of the emotions that come with being a human. |
