Meet Stephanie MacDonald

Your journey with couples or individual therapy is deeply personal. I create a warm, relational space where all parts of you are welcome. Therapy with me is tangible but less about fixing and more about getting curious together about your experiences and patterns, moving beyond talking about the challenges into how they live in your body and impact daily life. At your pace, we explore your inner world, clarify what truly matters to you, equip you with tools and address how past and present shape your path(s) forward. I strive to help you feel more grounded, connected, and equipped for big decisions, transitions and the day-to-day.
Clients describe our sessions as a collaborative partnership that fosters clarity, self discovery, resilience, and meaningful growth. Working with me feels warm, relational, and direct, creating a safe space where you feel truly seen and supported. I strive to offer every client a supportive, non-judgmental, and compassionate experience focused on their goals and realities.

I hold a masters in counselling psychology (MACP) and am a Registered Provisional Psychologist and Canadian Certified Counsellor. I have worked as a crisis responder, senior wellness community support and play an active role in community building in support of well-being.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in fast-paced senior leadership roles in tech and consulting. I have a bachelor’s degree (honours) in Economics from the University of Victoria with credited research. My professional pursuits have lead me to live abroad in Exeter, England as well as San Francisco. Striving for excellence has been a lifelong pursuit as I competed in high performance sport as a long track speed skater for over a decade.
Alongside my ambitions and pursuits, I experienced my own struggles, curveballs, including a journey with cancer, which deeply shaped my understanding of identity, life’s unpredictability, fragility and strength. These experiences, alongside my work in crisis response, gave me deep respect for how people adapt and grow through life’s struggles. I have also witnessed the power and importance of connection, which is why relational health is a key focus of my work as a therapist.

Meet Sally Vos

I work experientially, guiding you beyond the intellectual and narrative layers of your feelings and into your felt bodily experience. This shift from "talking about" to "sensing" opens the door to new, meaningful experiences and insights. Together, we will explore your inner landscape at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach is relational, grounded in the understanding that change is made possible when we’re in connection with a safe, trusted, and attuned other. When these conditions are met, we unlock our innate capacity to heal, grow, and transform. For this reason, my primary goal is to create a supportive atmosphere where you feel less alone and free to be yourself. I show up authentically and I’m curious by nature—I genuinely wish to know all about your hurts, fears, and longings.
Come as you are, and I will meet you with steadfast acceptance, encouragement, and care. I would consider it a privilege to accompany you on your healing path. -
I hold a BA in Psychology (honours) from Mount Royal University and a MSc in Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary.
During my graduate studies I conducted research in the Body Image Lab at the University of Calgary, exploring topics such as body image, disordered eating, and weight bias. It was through this academic work that I was introduced to the concept of embodiment.As I began to apply research into practice, I experienced firsthand how the practice of embodiment can help us remember our wholeness—bridging the mind body-spirit divide.
I am passionate about integrating these learnings into my sessions and helping you come home to the wisdom and goodness in your body. -

I completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences Degree in Health and Society with a concentration in Psychology at the University of Calgary. Throughout my educational career, I was continually involved in research which I believe enriched my experience and allowed me to work with diverse and marginalized populations.
I grew up in an intergenerational home and am a second-generation South Asian Canadian immigrant. Mental health was taboo in my culture, which fueled my desire to normalize therapy. My public health background, research, and own lived experience led me to pursue a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology.Leaning into my own lived experience, my master's research focused on the guilt associated with having experiences that your loved ones do not have access to- a concept known as family achievement guilt. I believe that this is one of the many unique human experiences that second-generation Canadians have not been taught how to navigate.
Often, it feels like we are alone in our struggles. I am passionate about helping you feel as though this is not the case. Whether it be challenges unique to your culture, feeling lost in your identity, feeling worried you don't measure up, or any human experience in between, you are not alone -

Meet Andrew FitzGerald

I want to work hard to make you feel welcomed and cared for in our time together. I believe relationships are the most important thing in life and because of this philosophy, our therapeutic relationship is important to me. We are hard-wired for creating bonds with others, but sometimes we need to learn how to feel safe before we can establish mutual and loving connections.
My goal in our work together is to support you in strengthening the bonds with yourself and others. This means that we will work together to help you be seen, heard and cared for in the ways that you need with your loved ones.Together, you will learn practical and experiential tools for creating safety and security in yourself and with others.

I began my education journey with the goal of being a gym teacher because I was passionate about sports and athletics at the time. I have always chosen my path based on my passions, even if they've changed along the way.
Nearing the end of my teaching degree, I completed my practicum at an elementary school. During my practicum, I focused on mental health in the classroom. It was through this I connected with the guidance counsellor at my school who mentored me and planted a seed that maybe, one day, I could also help people.After that seed was planted, I immersed myself in helping folks in Calgary's most vulnerable communities. I became involved in outreach high schools, Special Olympics, YWCA, Woods Homes and CARYA.
I finished my Masters degree in Counselling at the University of Lethbridge and soon after began working with individuals, couples and families. I quickly realized that I really enjoy working with couples doing relationship therapy. Relationship work has become my passion and my new path! -

You'll find my therapeutic approach is holistic in that I integrate many different approaches to fit your needs. My goal in session is for you to feel a sense of clarity and to leave each session with attainable steps to create change. Therapy is hard but there's always space in our sessions for laughter. -
I completed my bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Victoria and then worked as a mentoring coordinator at Big Brothers Big Sisters.
I felt limited in my role as a coordinator and was called to support individuals on a deeper level. So I decided to pursue my masters degree to become a Psychologist, which is something I have always known I wanted to do.After my degree, I began working with young adults who were struggling with major life transitions. I became passionate in helping people connect to their authentic selves in meaningful ways as they navigate life transitions.
It became apparent to me that we simply aren't taught how to manage difficult experiences, and life comes with many of these. This has become a focus of my work in addition to managing high sensitivity and emotional dysregulation. -

I completed my bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Lethbridge and shortly after moved to Australia to explore, grow, and experience.
After returning from Australia, I immersed myself in the mental health field here in Calgary. I have worked with Calgary's most vulnerable populations at Wood's Homes, Hull Services, and The Mustard Seed.I realized during this time that I wanted to do more, learn more, and grow as a professional. I decided to then pursue my Master of Counselling.

After a few years of working with numbers, mostly behind a computer screen, I realized I craved something different for myself.
